कृपया इस वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करने से पहले इन Terms & Conditions को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। इस वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।

1. Application का उद्देश्य

यह Application केवल Paper Trading, Trading Practice और Educational Learning के उद्देश्य से बनाया गया है।

इस Application में किए जाने वाले trades वास्तविक trades नहीं हैं। यह एक simulated/virtual trading environment है, जिसका उद्देश्य users को trading concepts, order placement, risk management, strategy testing और market practice समझने में सहायता करना है।

2. Real Money का उपयोग पूर्णतः निषिद्ध है

इस Application में:

* किसी भी प्रकार का real money जमा नहीं किया जाता।
* किसी भी प्रकार का real money withdraw नहीं किया जा सकता।
* Virtual balance का कोई वास्तविक monetary value नहीं है।
* Virtual profit या loss को वास्तविक profit या loss नहीं माना जाएगा।
* Application के अंदर दिखाई जाने वाली capital, profit, loss, portfolio या अन्य financial figures केवल simulation/practice के लिए हैं।
* Application के माध्यम से कोई वास्तविक share, option, future, commodity या अन्य financial instrument खरीदा या बेचा नहीं जाता।

IMPORTANT: इस Application में किसी भी व्यक्ति को real money invest/trade करने की सुविधा या अनुमति नहीं दी जाती।

3. Real Trading से कोई संबंध नहीं

इस Application में दिखाई देने वाला कोई भी simulated trade किसी broker के वास्तविक trading account में order नहीं लगाता।

Paper Trading में सफल होने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि वही परिणाम वास्तविक market में भी प्राप्त होगा।

Real market में brokerage, taxes, slippage, liquidity, market volatility, execution delay, emotions तथा अन्य वास्तविक परिस्थितियां परिणाम को प्रभावित कर सकती हैं।

4. Real Money लेने-देने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध

कोई भी user इस Application, इसके नाम, logo, screenshots, virtual portfolio, simulated profit/loss, trading results या Application से संबंधित किसी भी सामग्री का उपयोग करके किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से real money लेने, जमा कराने, निवेश कराने, trading करवाने, profit-sharing arrangement करने या fund management करने का दावा नहीं कर सकता।

यदि कोई व्यक्ति ऐसा करता है, तो वह कार्य उस व्यक्ति की अपनी जिम्मेदारी और जोखिम पर होगा तथा Application Owner/Developer की अनुमति या authorization नहीं माना जाएगा।

Application Owner/Developer किसी user को किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का real money handle करने, invest करने या trade करने की अनुमति नहीं देता।

5. Unauthorized Use

यदि कोई व्यक्ति:

* Application के नाम का इस्तेमाल करके real-money trading service देता है;
* किसी व्यक्ति से investment/trading के नाम पर पैसा लेता है;
* Application के simulated results को real trading results बताता है;
* Application के screenshots या data का इस्तेमाल करके लोगों से पैसा मांगता है;
* खुद को Application का authorized representative बताता है जबकि उसे ऐसी authorization नहीं दी गई है;
* किसी third party को real trading या investment के लिए Application से जोड़ने का प्रयास करता है;

तो ऐसा कार्य इस Application की अनुमति के बिना किया गया माना जाएगा।

ऐसे किसी भी व्यक्ति के कार्य के लिए Application Owner/Developer जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, और उपलब्ध कानून के अनुसार उचित कार्रवाई/शिकायत का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेगा।

6. No Investment Advice

Application पर उपलब्ध educational material, charts, simulated trades, strategies, indicators, examples, market information या अन्य content को personal investment advice, financial advice, research recommendation या guaranteed trading advice के रूप में नहीं समझा जाना चाहिए।

किसी भी security या financial instrument को खरीदने, बेचने या hold करने का निर्णय user स्वयं अपने जोखिम पर लेता है।

7. No Guarantee of Profit

Application किसी भी प्रकार के:

* Guaranteed Profit
* Fixed Return
* Assured Income
* Loss Recovery
* Guaranteed Trading Success

का दावा या वादा नहीं करता।

Paper trading में प्राप्त profit का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि वास्तविक trading में भी वही profit प्राप्त होगा।

Past performance या simulated performance future results की guarantee नहीं है।

8. Market Data

Application में उपलब्ध market prices, charts, data या अन्य information live, delayed या simulated हो सकती है।

हम data को accurate रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन technical issues, internet problems, data-source problems, exchange-related issues या अन्य कारणों से data में delay, interruption या error हो सकता है।

इसलिए Application में उपलब्ध data को real-money trading decision के लिए अकेले आधार के रूप में इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

9. User की जिम्मेदारी

Application का उपयोग करने वाला प्रत्येक user यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि वह:

1. Application का उपयोग केवल permitted educational/paper-trading purpose के लिए करेगा।
2. Application के नाम का गलत इस्तेमाल नहीं करेगा।
3. किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से real money नहीं लेगा।
4. किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के funds को Application के आधार पर manage नहीं करेगा।
5. Simulated profit को real profit के रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा।
6. किसी third party को misleading information नहीं देगा।
7. Application के rules और applicable laws का पालन करेगा।

10. Third-Party Trading Platforms

यदि कोई user किसी अलग broker, trading application, website या platform पर real-money trading करता है, तो वह activity उस third-party platform और user के बीच होगी।

Application Owner/Developer उस third-party platform पर user के trades, deposits, withdrawals, losses, profits या account activity के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

11. User द्वारा गलत जानकारी/दुरुपयोग

यदि किसी user द्वारा Application का गलत इस्तेमाल, fraud, misleading representation, unauthorized money collection या अन्य prohibited activity पाई जाती है, तो Application Owner/Developer को उस user का account/access suspend या terminate करने का अधिकार होगा।

आवश्यक होने पर संबंधित activity की सूचना appropriate authority को दी जा सकती है।

12. Limitation of Liability

Application Owner/Developer किसी भी direct या indirect financial loss, trading loss, business loss, data loss या अन्य नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा जो:

* Application के उपयोग से;
* Application में उपलब्ध simulated results से;
* incorrect/delayed market data से;
* technical error या system interruption से;
* user द्वारा real-money trading करने से;
* किसी third party द्वारा Application के नाम का गलत इस्तेमाल करने से

उत्पन्न हो सकता है।

13. Intellectual Property

Application का नाम, logo, design, software, interface, content, educational material, graphics, text और अन्य proprietary material Application Owner/Developer की property हो सकते हैं।

बिना अनुमति इन्हें copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute या commercial purpose के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता।

14. Terms में बदलाव

Application Owner/Developer को किसी भी समय इन Terms & Conditions को update, modify या change करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

Updated Terms वेबसाइट/Application पर प्रकाशित किए जा सकते हैं। Update के बाद Application का उपयोग जारी रखना revised Terms की acceptance माना जा सकता है, जहां applicable law ऐसा अनुमति देता है।

15. Applicable Law

इन Terms & Conditions की व्याख्या और इससे संबंधित विवाद भारत के लागू कानूनों के अधीन होंगे।

किसी विवाद की स्थिति में संबंधित competent courts का jurisdiction लागू होगा।

IMPORTANT PAPER TRADING DISCLAIMER

यह एक PAPER TRADING / SIMULATION APPLICATION है।

इस Application में REAL MONEY शामिल नहीं है।

यह Application केवल trading practice, learning और educational purposes के लिए है। Application में दिखाई जाने वाली virtual capital, virtual profit, virtual loss, portfolio और simulated trades का कोई वास्तविक monetary value नहीं है।

किसी भी user को इस Application के आधार पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से real money लेने, निवेश कराने, trading करवाने या funds manage करने की अनुमति नहीं है।

यदि कोई व्यक्ति Application के नाम, screenshots, results, data या किसी अन्य सामग्री का गलत इस्तेमाल करके real money लेता है या real trading/investment service प्रदान करता है, तो वह activity Application Owner/Developer द्वारा authorized या approved नहीं मानी जाएगी।

Paper Trading में प्राप्त परिणाम वास्तविक trading में प्राप्त होने वाले परिणाम की guarantee नहीं हैं।

Real-money trading में substantial financial risk होता है और user को कोई भी वास्तविक investment/trading decision अपने स्वयं के विवेक और जोखिम पर लेना चाहिए।

यह Application स्वयं कोई real-money trade execute नहीं करता।

User Acknowledgement

Application का उपयोग करके user स्वीकार करता है कि:

“मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि यह एक Paper Trading / Simulation Application है। इसमें real money शामिल नहीं है। Virtual money और simulated profit/loss का कोई वास्तविक monetary value नहीं है। मैं इस Application के आधार पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को real money देने, लेने या manage करने के लिए Application Owner/Developer को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराऊंगा/ठहराऊंगी।”
